As soon as we have posted your easyread package we will email you with details of our Information Package which will provide you with lots of useful information to help you during the first week after you receive your ereader package.

To request the Information Pack all you need to do is enter your name and email address at the link we provide. The Information Pack will be delivered to you by email.

In the first email we tell you about a lots of information and services available to help you if you need them. You can choose which is of interest to you

We offer a series of short tutorials to show you the best way to go about downloading, storing and transferring your ebooks

You will be encouraged to contact us by email with any questions you have about your ereader, its functions and how to use it.  We try to answer your emails immediately but certainly within 24 hours
